Join us for our monthly Support Group Luncheon on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Alliance of Smith County. Meet on Wednesday, June 6th at Prestige Estates Lobby. Lunch will be served by RSVP only at 12:00 pm to be held in the Activity Room. We will be having a guest speaker, Lindsay Patton, Hospice Specialist, with Kindred Hospice. She will be speaking about role playing for caregivers and creating precious moments of joy.

National Memory Screening Program

The Alzheimer’s Alliance of Smith County is offering FREE Confidential Memory Screenings November 27th! These will be at the Almond Tree, 201 Winchester Tyler. From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you have any questions give them a call at 903-509-8323. Each memory screening takes approximately 10 minutes and while the result is not a diagnosis, it can suggest if someone should see a physician for a full evaluation.

Christmas Market

Camille Brown, Executive Director of Stepping Stone Pre-School, has almost 50 years of excellence in education! As a Certified Brain Gym Instructor, she has much to give to both Juniors and Seniors in the world of her, “Brain Gym.” Through a series of breathing and stretching exercises, she will teach us the method of having both sides of our brain work together. Only a few minutes a day will make a difference. Come and learn how to be sharp, witty, and on target!

No worries! You can leave those barbells at home!

10 Years!

Today, October 4th, 2017 marks our 10 year mark as a licensed Assisted Living Facility!

We would like to thank each and every one of our residents and their families for helping make this happen. We would not have a business without you trusting us to take care of your loved ones. We hope that you feel like Prestige Estates is “Home” to your loved ones.

We would also like to thank our staff for their time and effort in caring for our residents. Without your phenomenal care, we would not be where we are today. It is from your care that our residents feel at home.

Lastly, we would like to congratulate three of our staff members who started on this journey with us 10 years ago, Gary G Blevins, JoAnne McMeans, and Sonia Bell.

The First Day of Fall

“Leaves are Falling, Autumn is Calling!”
